Our Story

A love of food, coffee, friends and family come together to create Fox & Giraffe on Bridge Street in Bendigo.

This happy little café, situated just a short stroll from the lake, is an ideal spot for a morning coffee, delicious breaky or lunch with friends; in rustic surrounds of recycled timber and shelves groaning with produce such as housemade relish and chutney.

On balmy days, join the buzz of conversation under market umbrellas and delve into the likes of cob with the lot – fresh cob, filled with scrambled eggs, chorizo, capsicum, onion and cheese – or wrap your hands around a pulled pork charcoal roll, Asian slaw, cheese and apple sauce. Perhaps golden fried flathead tails, salad and crunchy fries tempt for lunch; or a Korean fried chicken burger, Asian slaw and spicy gochujang sauce.
